Returns & Refunds policy

I understand that sometimes things don't work out, so I accept returns of unused pottery within 14 days of delivery. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item, and I recommend using a tracked service with insurance to ensure it arrives safely. Your satisfaction is important to me, so I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
